By browsing our site, submitting a form, or requesting service, you agree to these Terms.
We provide mobile sandblasting and related surface-preparation services, including Wood Blasting, Concrete Blasting, Green Blasting, Metal Sandblasting, Brick & Masonry Sandblasting, and Professional Painting Services. Full descriptions are available on our Services page.
Customers are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the project site and for informing us of any known hazards, utilities, or structural concerns. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, site access restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We provide an honest, upfront assessment of what blasting can and cannot achieve on a given surface, including any potential side effects specific to your substrate or coating. Because surface materials, prior coatings, and underlying conditions vary, we cannot guarantee a specific cosmetic outcome beyond what is demonstrated in the complimentary test blast.
Our operations follow OSHA abrasive blasting standards (29 CFR 1910.94) and EPA air quality standards. Debris cleanup and removal are included as part of every standard job.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starke Sandblasting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from services performed, beyond the value of the service contracted. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bradford County, Florida, or another venue mutually agreed in writing.
We may revise these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
