Concrete Blasting That Strips Coatings Without Damaging the Slab

Paint, sealant, oil stains, efflorescence, failed coatings — our concrete blasting process strips it back to clean, structurally sound concrete using abrasive pressure matched to the surface, not guesswork. See the result with a free on-site test blast before you commit to the full job.

Concrete Blasting

What Is Concrete Blasting

Concrete blasting is a controlled abrasive process that strips paint, sealants, coatings, oil stains, and surface contamination off concrete without the mess of chemical strippers or the labor of grinding every square foot by hand. We match the abrasive media and blast pressure to the concrete’s condition and what it needs to be ready for afterward — a fresh sealant, a new coating system, or simply a clean, bare surface.

Concrete responds differently depending on its age, mix, and finish. Blast it too aggressively and you can pit, roughen, or weaken the surface layer. Blast it correctly and you expose sound concrete underneath — ready for resealing, recoating, or just looking clean again.

This is also why concrete blasting isn’t one-size-fits-all. A garage floor prepping for an epoxy coating needs a different approach than a foundation wall being cleared of old paint. It’s one part of our full range of surface preparation services across North Florida and Georgia.

Got Questions?

Frequently Asked Questions

Will blasting damage my concrete floor or driveway?

Not when the media and pressure are matched to your concrete’s age and condition. That’s exactly why we run a free test blast on your actual surface first.

Yes. Blasting lifts oil staining, efflorescence, and surface contamination that pressure washing alone often can’t fully remove.

Once blasting is complete and debris is cleaned up, the surface is prepped and ready for epoxy, sealant, or another coating system.

Yes — driveways, walkways, warehouse and garage floors, and foundation walls all fall within scope. See our FAQs for more answers on pricing and scheduling.
